Last updated: April 2026. By submitting this intake, you agree to the following terms.

What this form does

The intake form collects the information 100% School Systems needs to build your school a custom Student Tracker app. Submission starts the build process but is not a contract for delivery - any commercial terms, timeline, and payment will be agreed separately by email or during a kickoff call.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you have the authority to share any uploaded files (including student lists), and that you will notify us promptly if any of it changes during the build.

Our responsibilities

We will review your submission, reach out within 48 business hours, and use the information to build your tracker. We treat your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or reuse your data with third parties.

No warranty until delivery

The intake form itself is provided "as is" without warranty. If you find a bug or issue, email jgnewroc@gmail.com and we'll fix it as soon as we reasonably can. Nothing in these terms creates a support or service-level obligation until a separate build agreement is in place.

Cancelling or deleting

You can withdraw your submission and have your data deleted at any time by emailing us. Once your tracker is built and delivered, those ongoing terms will be governed by the separate agreement for that tracker.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, 100% School Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this intake form. If something goes wrong, our liability is limited to deleting your data and refunding any fees you have paid us for this specific intake.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any change. Continued use of the intake after a change means you accept the new terms.
